 We live in an old house without air conditioning and that means when the temperature goes above 80 degrees -- the oven goes on hiatus and we eat salad, cereal, or use the grill. Last week was beastly, as in 'I want to move into my refrigerator and shut the door' beastly hot, so when I picked up my CSA box and spied the frozen meatloaf last week, I tucked it in the freezer in hopes of cooler days ahead.
